Wholesale orders can be placed only when signed into an approved wholesale account. Wholesale accounts will be approved for businesses only. Eligible businesses may include, but are not limited to:
- Retail Stores (physical and/or online)
- Professional offices/firms
- Service professionals (e.g. photographers, event planners, interior designers)
- Governments or non-profits
Upon setting up a wholesale account, SoulMakes may require a copy of your business license, resale certification, or other documents to confirm the existence of the business. Approval of wholesale accounts is done so at the sole discretion of SoulMakes.
Non-wholesale purchases can be made by the general public through our retail website at www.soulmakes.com.

If you are an existing wholesale customer or have previously placed a wholesale order, but do not have an active account for the SoulMakes Wholesale website, please contact us directly at email@example.com for an account activation email.

Where are your products made?
Mother Earth and her children! We source products from amazing suppliers all over the globe – from awe-inspiring agate and quartz mines in Brazil to vibrant villages in India to our own studio in ever-soulful Charleston, South Carolina.
Are your products and/or materials used natural or man-made?
We have a wide variety of products and materials, so here’s the best and simplest explanation: If it can naturally be found in the world, ours is natural. For example, all our crystals and gemstones are “natural” with a few exceptions:
- Colored Agates – While the agate is natural and mined in Brazil, it does not naturally occur in the vibrant pinks, blues, purples, etc. that many of our agate products possess. These agates are effectively dyed each of these colors. However, the beautiful banding and patterns found in the agates ARE natural, simply brought out during the dyeing process.
- Citrine - Unless stated otherwise, the citrine products offered are heat-treated amethyst. The vast majority of citrine available on the market is amethyst that has been treated with extreme heat to change the color from purple to the various shades of yellow and orange. Naturally occuring citrine is very pale and light in color, almost a tea-like yellow, and is much more expensive.
- Red and Blue Goldstone – Goldstone is a man-made, albeit stunningly beautiful, stone. Nowhere in the world (at least on this planet) is this stone found in nature. To read more about Goldstone and how it’s made click here.
Because of the uniqueness of many of our products and the wide variety of shapes and sizes, there is no one-way all our products are packaged. Each product is packaged in a manner to best protect it in transit from damage from shifting, handling, and moisture. Many of our smaller products (jewelry, keychains, small crystals, etc.) are individually packaged in small poly bags (zipper or heat-sealed). Our larger or more fragile products (candleholders, lamps, larger crystals, wall hangings, etc.) will be placed in a poly bag and placed in individual corrugated or chipboard boxes. Other packaging materials may include kraft paper, newsprint paper, tissue paper, or air-cushion materials. Most products will be individually labeled with a sticker containing the product name, our item number, and our logo.
If you have specific packaging needs, or wish to forgo any packaging you feel is unnecessary – for example, individual bags or boxes that will be discarded as the products will be on display in a store, labels that will be removed or covered – please let us know!
Packaging may vary slightly between different orders, as we will pack orders in the most efficient and least wasteful method, while still ensuring the protection of the products. All our packaging materials can be reused/recycled.
Product Photo Usage
If you wish to use our images of any products you have purchased, please let us know so that we can provide you with image files that meet your resolution needs. Retrieving the images directly from our website might result in the downloading of lower resolution files, which may directly affect the performance of the products during resale and promotion.
All images and content found on this website is the sole property of SoulMakes and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. SoulMakes reserves the right to refuse the use of any content by any party.

Wholesale pricing is confidential and can only be viewed when signed in to an approved wholesale account. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Suggested Retail Pricing (SRP) is simply a suggestion, they are not mandatory. Your company may set its own retail pricing appropriate for your resale purposes.
Generally, bulk pricing is for quantities exceeding 100 units a single product. If you are interested in purchasing bulk quantities or have other quantity or pricing requests/questions, please contact us using our contact form or directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Special Orders / Custom Products
SoulMakes can offer many products outside of the products found on our website. If you are interested in a product that is not found on our website but is similar in nature to products we carry, or have an idea for a product or design, please contact us so that we can provide you with a quote, if possible.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. Some of our products are made-to-order, therefor production and processing times will vary with most orders. We strive to have all orders processed and shipped between 2 to 4 business days of the order being placed. However, increased order volumes, order size and quantities, and product availability may result in longer processing times.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on weight, volume, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on average weights of the products being ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*FedEx International / DHL shipping services are available upon request, however are not calculated during checkout and are invoiced separately. Currently, we do not offer dropshipping services.
Customs & Import Taxes
All customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their own country. SoulMakes is bound by law to declare the full wholesale value of your order, along with an invoice of purchase. SoulMakes will not be able to declare a lower value.
Returns / Exchanges
All wholesale purchases are final; however, exceptions can be made in some cases. We suggest placing an order for single or smaller volumes as "samples" if you want to first inspect a product prior to ordering a larger volume. "Samples" may be eligible for returns with approval prior to placing the order. Contact us with any questions regarding samples.
Exchanges or substitutions may be made only with prior written approval. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive the incorrect item or it was damaged upon delivery, please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or apply a credit to your account. SoulMakes must be notified of any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. You will not be responsible for shipping costs of replacement products for damages, missing, or incorrect items.
