New Orders: Orders are continuing to be shipped in the order they are received. However, due to order volumes and limited staffing, processing times for orders are still longer than usual - new orders are shipping in approx. 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard and safe to get your orders out as quickly as possible.
Inventory shortages/restocking: Many of the countries we import our products from are still under varying degrees of restrictions, which has ultimately slowed our ability to restock some products as quickly as we would like. If there is something you are in need of that is currently out of stock (or not found on the site as we’ve temporarily removed the item while awaiting restock), please do not hesitate to reach out to inquire about its expected availability date.
Warehouse appointments:Currently, accepting limited appointments for walk-ins at our warehouse. Please contact us by phone or email to schedule a walk-in appointment.

Dear friends and valued customers,
We wanted to provide a quick update on our operations and how SoulMakes is navigating the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
We are a small business serving thousands of small businesses worldwide. Fortunately, with our warehouse team being small, we can continue working while ensuring safe and clean handling, while also practicing social distancing. So long as we are healthy and shipping services are still running, we will continue to process and ship orders.
However, until further notice, our Charleston warehouse will be closed to walk-in customers.
We will continue to monitor local and national updates and adjust our actions accordingly. If there are any changes to our operations we will send an update via email, as well as post an announcement on our website.
